We have been seeing some pretty funny things in the last couple of days. Students are catching colds and other illness' , so they often will go to the hospitol to get some medicine. Last night when Joe was coming home from the store he saw three girls. One carrying to bottles above her head. When he got closer he noticed that they wern't bottles but IVs !! When he questioned the girls they said, that they couldnt miss school so they just brought them back with them and when school is over they will go back to the hospitol to have the needles removed! Crazy!!

We also have been playing a funny joke on our students. This week we are talking about cultural relics. We talk about the pyramids, and the great wall, then we talk about Stone Henge and how no one knows who built it. After about 4 mins of that we look for the most asleep student in the class and ask them to stand up, then we ask them who built stonehenge? They always look around like uhhhh, then they say their favorite english answer which is "I'm sorry, I don't know" Then we start clapping and the whole class roars with laughter! The kid is always standing there not knowing whats going on. I always say "this will be the only question where the answer is I dont know!"

For this lesson we are asking the kids to put 5 things into a time capsale and send it into space, some of the students are very creative I had them draw the items

The japanese ( I had to remind the student that a country cannot fit in a box, so he said only one man, or maybe a dog, because a dog would represent them well!!) Wow is what I thought too!
a pile of poop. ( a student drew this in one of my classes and she couldn't tell me what it was in english, then one of my class pets looked it up in the dictionary, and screamed, feces teacher emily its feces!!! The crazy thing is, in the next class another student drew the same picture of poop, hmm there must be some kind of weird cartoon with poop here that I havent heard about.

It's pretty funny when some of these kids actually think outside of the box.

P.s We are making a documentry on the Asain Sanchez, For those of you who do not know, There is a teacher in our school who looks and acts exactly like our bestest of friend back in the states Tom Sanchez. We will be making a blooper reel of his hilarious bafoonery!! He played vollyball today , enough said!
