mexican tomato chicken lays potato chips taste like barbacue, As if mexican tomatos would taste different then chinese ones!
Tonight we had two of our chinese english teachers over for dinner. We made them Spagetti, we went to walmarts imported section and found Hunts tomato sauce, yep not the best , but what can you do? and some barilla pasta, both a splurge, because this stuff is imported here!

We bought a bunch of tomatos and garlic and green onions, and steak( they dont have ground beef here) and made it up for them. They said that they had it before in a westurn restraunt, but we tried that once here and it tastes like spegettio's so we told them this would be different.
It was so cute, they slurped every bite up, and both looked at each other and said I am full, but then said , but I must finish! They call it spelergetti. Its so cute! One of them all of a sudden asked, what kind of meat is this, we said beef, and she said oh no my doctor said not to eat beef! Then she kinda shrugged and thought, ahh this once, its too good, and continued eating. I never thought I would laugh so much. Its like being reintroduced to something you have known all your life. These girls decided they would try and make it for us next time.
